Small update that adds Sagat as a category for SF6 and addresses a few issues.

Change log:

• UE4/UE5: When installing multiple mods sharing PAK filenames, the mod manager will now automatically rename the files as they're installed.

• RE2R/RE3R: Fixed bug that resulted in VR DLLs always being installed when installing RE Framework.

• SF6: Added Sagat as category. Add this to modinfo.ini to force the category:

  category = !Characters > Sagat
