Quick release for fixing an issue where the three new buttons for the "choose game" menu would sometimes not appear, and I updated Mod Preset behavior so you'll now be prompted if you want to install or uninstall a partially-installed Mod Preset.

Change log:

• Fixed a bug that would prevent the 3 new buttons for "choose game" menu from being visible.

• You are now prompted if you want to install or uninstall a partially-installed Mod Preset.
