It is September 21st. I hope everyone had a good week and weekend. Here is everything we got done last week, everything that is happening this week, and a look at what is beyond. A whole bunch of stuff is finally going on. Hell yeah.

Last week

  • Chaos Odyssey got recorded on the 14th. Rotgrind live stream happened on the 16th. You should have both of those VODs here on Patreon already.

  • The WarHams Chaos Odyssey public episode went out on the 17th.

  • The WarHams 2nd Edition test session we had planned for the 18th did not happen as a stream. Thurston needed a little more time, and we turned the prep meeting into a proper internal one: business and tax details, and how we need to run some things. Way too behind-the-scenes to record, so nothing to share from that day.

Health update: TellTellStories

  • TellTellStories is home now. Just resting, got their medicine, chilling out.

Show schedule updates

  • WarHams 2nd Edition test streams: September 25 and October 2 stay confirmed.

  • Quick reminder what this is: a test session of some starter kit stuff, to see if we like the campaign and the system.

  • Character previews: this week you should be getting the preview art of the rest of the characters. Pretty much everyone is "done", not final in any way.

Team updates

  • We just brought on two more video editors to help Eze out. One is a compilation editor and one is a clips editor. After their probation period we'll be excited to introduce you to them!

  • If you applied for those roles, thank you, and please reapply when we open more slots. We had to make hard choices to fit the budget, and there were several fantastic applicants.

That is the update

  • Next up for me: office work, a PDF that is due this month, getting the new editors set up and assigned in my meeting with Eze, assets for Thurston, stream prep, module maintenance and scheduling.

  • Most of this year is planned out. Next year is getting checked and scheduled, including the release plan for the new campaign.

  • Thurston is already working on next year's campaign, and I am prepping Warhammer Fantasy 4th Edition for the Empire Within campaign (double-checking the name), mostly because everything is already set up for us in Foundry and it makes running sessions so much easier.

  • Check Discord for any major schedule disruptions.
