Devblog#7 - Development Update
Hey everyone!
First of all, I want to apologize for being so quiet lately. I know it's been a while since my last proper update, and I wanted to explain what's been going on.
Unfortunately, I've been dealing with some serious PC issues over the past few weeks. It turns out that my 14th-gen Intel CPU was damaged, despite running the latest BIOS. I eventually had to get it replaced under warranty, and the whole process took almost four weeks.
I couldn't really put it off any longer, since my warranty was about to expire. On top of that, DAZ Studio had become practically unusable. It was crashing every few minutes, sometimes before I could even finish rendering a single image. As you can imagine, that made working on Reunion incredibly frustrating.
But there's some good news!
Even though I couldn't work on renders, I didn't stop working on the game. During those weeks, I managed to finish all the coding and write the entire story for v0.91.
Yesterday, my replacement CPU finally arrived. I put everything back together, and thankfully, everything seems to be running smoothly again. DAZ is finally stable, and I can get back to rendering without constantly worrying about crashes.
Unfortunately, all of this has put me almost four weeks behind schedule. It's frustrating, especially after all the work I've already put into this update, but I'm hoping to make up for some of that lost time now that my PC is working properly again.
My personal goal is to have Reunion v0.91 ready by mid-November at the latest.
Please don't take that as an official release date or a promise. It's simply the deadline I'm setting for myself, and I'll do my best to meet it.
I also want to say a huge thank you to all of you for your patience and continued support. I know delays are disappointing, especially when you're looking forward to the next chapter, and I genuinely appreciate everyone who's stuck around.
Your support means a lot to me, especially during frustrating times like these.
Now that the technical nightmare is finally behind me, I can focus on what matters most: getting Reunion v0.91 finished and into your hands.
Thank you again! ❤️

Sorry to hear all this honestly happened but that still doesn't explain why version 0.90 hasn't been released for android users yet i can however understand and sympathize with your issues regarding 0.91 however.
ok
Sinto muito por você ter passádo por estes poblemas, uma pergunta o jogo está na v0.90 você pretende encerar o jogo na v1.0 estou perguntando pois quer o esperar o lançamento completo para jogar tudo de uma única vez.
They say good things come to those who wait and Reunion is definitely a Good Thing worth waiting for
welcome to life. some days you're the bug, others the windshield. you were the bug, this time. hopefully, that won't happen again, at least for a while. take your time and do what you can. and remember, those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. most of us will be here as long as it takes. the ones who won't aren't really a loss, anyway.
GOOD FRIDAY MORNING 🌄🌞, KARABINEK AND EVERYONE!!! All good. No need to apologize or explain yourself, Karabinek 😁. Life happens. Plus, I'm always more sympathetic/understanding for my Devs. I just want them to have fun 😛🙌🏻. And I never interfere with their schedules 😁. Great that you have a warranty for your CPU 👍🏻. I bet on the DAZ studio 😅. Nice! I knew you never stopped. You're a machine 😂. Awesome work, my boy 👏🏻! Oh, yeah, good thing you got your CPU fixed 😅. That would have been a disaster if you waited any longer 😅. Like I said... it's all good. Chill 😎🌴. Relax 😌. Take your time ⌚️. The real one will always wait 😉 Don't do it, K 🙂↔️. I always hate it when our Devs put deadlines on themselves 😅. They're nothing but a crutch 🤣. No problem, K. I have been with you for 5 years now (Aug 2021). Nothing is going to stop my support for you EVER ❤️🫶🏻. Although an Android Build would be nice, since I lost my LTop more than a year ago (last year in July 🤣), that's really the only way I can enjoy my AVNs now 😅. As always, thanks for the Dev Blog 👍🏻, Karabinek! Keep on keeping on 😉!!! ALWAYS EXCITED AND EAGERLY WAITING FOR YOUR GAME AND READING YOUR POSTS 🙌🏻🔥!!! Love and appreciate everything! You ❤️, your ladies 😍, your posts 🥰, your renders/previews 😘, and your game ❤️! Always make my days better 🌈! Thank you, everyone, for being in my life and being a part of my routine 😉! Stay safe, stay blessed, and stay in PERFECT health, beautiful people! And don't forget to stay hydrated! And you're never alone ❤️🫶🏻🫰🏻!!! OUR AVNS AND OUR DEVS CONNECT US ALL 🤗!!! Have an amazing and beautiful week! I'll catch you all—ON THE NEXT ONE ✌🏻😁!!!
No worries Kara! Real life always has a way, and an intention in many cases, to through a cog in the works to ruin the best laid plans of mice and men. You gotta do what you gotta do. I am glad to hear the PC issues, and apparently the DAZ issues, are most likely out of the way but don't forget to knock on wood after saying that... 3 knocks minimum!!! Glad also to hear you are continuing even with the PC and DAZ issues. Nothing beats a Non-Quitter! Quitters beat themselves.
