Flavor? As a kid i watched on a tv once. Some i think it was African tribe living like they were before man gained "senses". They looked like her. Implanted plates and what not into their mouth, ears , nostrils, belly.. It was grotesque then it still is. But hey. If its your thing.."Flavor"? go for it. Honestly game id doing it all the wrong way already. Down to only 100 subs. Whats one more destruction point. On the bright side, if she makes poster out of her ears and says like: "Per request i can feed you from these" She might enlist few new "customers" (And kill business in the same time) Was it really bright?
I have no interest in the character so it doesn't really matter that much to me. Always found the stretched ear thing to be pretty gross, but since I don't have any interest in the character, I'd say don't remove them on my account.
Wish keeping them as-is was winning. Think it's fine and there are plenty of other flavor of women without any gauges. Plus gauges in general are kinda rare for these types of games.
