Good News, (Sorta) Bad News.
So, looks like the money will be going back into my frozen account sometime tomorrow. Will have to go to the bank and get it transferred over to the new one. If you saw my post on F95, my PC also decided to crap out on me.
My parents came through with the computer stuff and offered to pay for the diagnostic. The good news here is that it appears to be the power supply. Though he couldn't check much else due to the guy looking at it not having a 1600w PSU (which is odd given it's a repair shop) to test with. But since I wasn't getting power at all and he was with another PSU, it feels like that's probably the issue.
The bad news is that I have to RMA the PSU. That could take 2-4 weeks, nor do I have the $500 to shell out at the moment for a new one. So, I'll be out of commission for a couple weeks, most likely. It sucks, but I can't do a lot about it. All support throughout this time is very much appreciated either way!
Update 8/7/2024: Chain Breaker comes through again. Will have an update post soon for anyone still following.

Oh man! Disconnect all the pretty lighting, I'm sure that's the problem. /s I realize I don't know a damn thing about doing these types of renders, but $500 for a PSU? Wow.

Damn. Sorry to hear that. Wish I had the money to throw around but unfortunately for us both, I really don’t. Someday 😓
I don't expect anyone. Just there as an option. I do have my old system still mostly together. For the time being, I'll probably move one of the 4090s over to the older system and just work with one 4090. Assuming the drive isn't also screwed up.
