On a unrelated note it would be really, really, handy if you guys would ever consider doing a video on how to paint display level dark blue armour and flayed skin because this is in no way connected to the fact I bought Konrad Curze for Xmas because I hate myself. To quote Andy, "and this week's dream..." On a second unrelated note, I just wish to thank each and every one of you. I've studied all the videos I could humanly fit in since I've joined you and I feel I've improved and learnt more in this brief time than I have since I started back in 94'. So, thank you. You've given me my passion back and educated me. Thank you. All of you.
Cheers Rob!
Well now you've made me want to buy a Fellblade - that is...financially unhelpful 🤔😂😂😂 ...but seriously though, kudos for doing a series that sticks two fingers up at the YouTube algorithm because you're into it and you know loads of other people will be too. Questions: (1) what is this brass tube idea that you mentioned? That sounds intriguing. (2) what are your views about sprue goo for filling gaps/ seam lines on these types of projects? Really stoked to see the paint scheme for this one!
Q1 - Will cover in more detail in video, Q2 - It's clearly a good creation. I essentially use it on the fly when i squidge the bits together and slather in tamiya extra thin. I just cant be botherd to make up a dedicated mix.
I'm looking forward to this new series Henry. Vehicles are such a broad canvas to work on.
I have a FW fellblade to follow along with! Keeeen.
Super excited about this series! I might join in with the Land Raider I have lying around somewhere. For a future video: I’d love to see you do a Saturnine Dreadnought at some point.
Was going to do a sicaran alongside this challenge but it's missing a sprue so waiting on GW to fix their shit. Excited to see everyone's stuff
Might be time to put that Spartan together!
do it!
