Twitch!!!
Hi all, so we're going to be giving Twitch ago. I'll talk more about the decision on the stream. It's very much in addition to the YT and Patreon tutorials. I'd love it any of you can be there for the first stream, as I'm hoping this is something people want and not just a foolish idea!!! I really would like the Patreons to help lead the content we produce.
First stream scheduled for 10 am BST Monday 31st March
The current plan is a hobby hangout on a Monday. I'll be working on stuff and chatting with viewers. Then the podcast will move to there, just a slightly longer Cult Catch Up. And then there will be a Paintcultists/Feedback show, too. I want to focus on the community interaction thing as it's something I really enjoy and feel it's the best platform for it and not something we currently have a huge ability to do. At most the plan is 2 streams per week, as this shouldn't interfere with video production.

Not a fan of Twitch in general but I enjoy the community interaction happening on the premieres of the Youtube videos, so will probably enjoy this. Though I can't help but worry you guys might be stretching yourselves too thin across too many projects/avenues.
Hi Mathijs. It was the enjoyment of the premiere chats that prompted this idea. With regards to stretching too thin that is something I'm very conscious of. I have a trial period in mind for Twitch, if it doesn't go as hoped then I've no concerns about ditching it. We're also bringing in more staff!
Love this and excited to watch the VODs (3am my time is a bit early 😉). Always great to have these on in the background during work
Not really interested in live streams, as I like to be able to watch things when I want to watch them, not when they happen to be on - hoping they'll be rewatchable and/or shared as youtube videos. If it means more content then that's always a good thing! 😄
Yep, as a Patreon or Twitch sub everything will available to watch back.
