Regarding the TS4 Morphmaker, the creator of it, CMarNYC, sadly passed away a while ago, but the creator of Sims 4 Studio is maintaining this and a few of CmarNYC's tools on GitHub here: https://github.com/CmarNYC-Tools. The latest release for MorphMaker was 6 months ago, but there are updates in the code. I hope this helps with the slider and preset issue.
