We still have to damage it, but you can see a little more clearly where the idea is going.

Honestly I like the gross fingers. Shows how they’re twisted humans. Though now that I say that I’m questioning whether they are actually a separate species from other types of beastmen, which wouldn’t be human-based
We are thinking of them as evolutionary lines different from humans, rather than as mutations. Most beastmen have human anatomies with some animal traits. Here we have taken a bull and given it anthropomorphic, not human, traits.
The design is solid, but I think the melted/joined fingers are kind of repulsive. Maybe that would be better for a plague minotaur?
A human face on that helm looks - odd. I mean he's a minotaur. :)
It is that the helmet is from a horse of the knights of the sun. All the pieces belong to looted armor.

I think the only thing that looks strange is the thumbs. You've got those big hoof-like fingers and then a very human like thumb on each arm. I'd be expecting a more hoof-like end to the thumb rather than human finger and nail
