March 2023: Poll of the High Kingdom
The next release of the High Kingdom will be in March, so in order for you to vote for all those interested in continuing the range, we will vote today.

By the way, i would really like to see Great Banners (for any armies) in the future, would make a nice centerpiece or regiment filler
There is no decent War Altar stl design out there to represent the high priest Chariot. For the rest we have other options available, even i have to admit that Magic & engineers are super appealing too

Horse-drawn artillery would be something original and awesome, but I'll bet people are just craving more boring dwarves etc. once again. :-D

The engeneers might be very interesting, if they stay true to the source, they might have fun weapons like a "Todeskragen"(Mancatcher), mechanical Halberd or the multishot-guns. And (late) Reiters/Cuirassiers are something that hasn't been done enough yet (there are 2 current releases of Reiters/Pistolers). The dwarf-thing amazes me every time anew: Basically everyone and their mothers did dwarfs and there is no unique style left to even set them apart from others. If I wanted to have historical accurate dwarfs, I'd go for Asgard Rising with their 15th century plate armor. Those are awesome. If I want Warhammer-Dwarfs I'd go for Highlands, (hell they even have Imperial Dwarfs) or RMPrintable. If I wanted something more abstract I'd go for Black Anvil or Heroes Infinite Dwarfs or even Lost Kingdom. If I wanted Tolkien I'd go for Tytan Troll (bearded Women Dwarfs) Medbury, Davale or Printing Goes on Forever. And this is only like 3% of all Dwarf-offerings. I'd rather suggest everyone, who doesn't necessary need another dwarf-release right away to go for 1 other option than the militia. Like someone else said, it would be better to make Dwarfs their own army, if it has to be done and not to distract from the Human-forces. I even somewhat can get behind halflings, as there are only like 5 or 6 other companies doing them in that kind of setting, but hell I just want a human Empire army.
I d be ok for this being the roadmap for the next six months 😁

This very much, there's plenty of militia units available from other 3d artists but I've yet to get a decent War Altar.
Even though its a bit early I think its really neat to see that the poll results are a bit all over the place. There's no one big clear winner and that means we love all the stuff and ideas LM have for the faction :)
I have no idea why the halflings and dwarves are here. We just had a militia month. I would love to see come core troops like handgunners, swordsmen, halberdiers, crossbowmen so we can finally make a playable army. ;-) If people want halflings it should have been the 4th army instead of Bretonnia. Now it's just a sneaky way to include the runner up of the what army next poll.....

We need more magic, with the actual units we have a lot of minis for low fantasy games or even historical, but not enough high fantasy 😋
