Hello, did I miss the this discount or is it still up?
It was active until the 28th. A little late now :)
It’s saying there are issues with using the discounts on the digital files?
The only "problem" is that it applies first one discount and then another. And that ends up generating a discount of 38% or so. But there is nothing we can do to change that. It is the e-comerce mechanism we use. If anything else comes up, please write to us at Hello@lastsword.com so we can fix it.
But the calculation seems a bit strange... If I put items for 100 euros in the shopping cart (and activate the coupon), not about 40 euros (40%) are deducted, but only €36, 25 (only €21, 25 for the 25% Patreon bonus)...
It seems to apply one of the discounts first and then the other. I will ask to see if we can get it to add them together before applying them. But I'm afraid ecomerce's mechanics don't allow it. We are working with pre-built tools and have moderate flexibility.
I am trying to place an order but apparently the only discount available is 15% , is it correct ?
To apply for Patreon you don't have to do anything. It is automatic. You just have to add the 15% general one, which you will see in the cart.
What if I am a Patreon from the beginning AND backed all your Kickstarters? How do I get the mini's? 😜😂😂🤣

Hello, I tried adding physical items to my cart but I’m not seeing the discount for patrons. Is there a code I need to enter? Also, I can’t add the Black Knights regiment physical models to my cart because there isn’t an option to select a base. Thanks!
Hello David In the Black Knights there was a missing a configuration option. It should be fixed by now. For the patreon discount, in principle you don't have to do anything. When you use your linked account, the website recognises you as a user and applies it automatically.
