Distributing the files
Hi Guys.
We are going to start testing distributing the files through our website.
There are two possible scenarios when linking your Patreon accounts:
1. You already have an account at lastsword.com
All you need is to connect to your Last Sword account and then link the accounts using the "CONNECT YOUR PATREON" button at your account panel (https://lastsword.com/my-account).
2. You don't have an account at lastsword.com
Here you could create an account and link it to your Patreon account as described on the previous scenario. Another option would be to sign in using Patreon (this would create a new account on Last Sword linked to a Patreon account) using the "LOG IN WITH PATREON" button at your account panel (https://lastsword.com/my-account).
Once you have an account linked to your Patreon account, your subscription will be automatically updated within 30 minutes and you will receive all your rewards.
Right now we have a small conflict with the Spanish translation. For those of you who use the site in Spanish, the download tab may not load. In that case please switch to the english version while we are trying to solve it.
In case the Patreon button does not work, it could be solved with the following actions:
- Disabling browser ad blocking addons (AdBlock, uBlock Origin, etc.)
- Disbling Traslator
- Deleting browser cookies and cache
- Using a different browser
- Using incognito mode

Vamos a empezar a distribuir los archivos a través de nuestra web.
Existen dos posibles escenarios para vincular vuestras cuentas de Patreon:
1. Tienes una cuenta en lastsword.com
Lo único que necesitas es conectarte a tu cuenta de Last Sword y vincular las cuentas usando el botón "CONNECT YOUR PATREON" en la página de Mi Cuenta (https://lastsword.com/my-account).
2. No tienes cuenta en lastsword.com
En este caso podrías crear una cuenta en la web y vincularla como se describe en el escenario anterior. Otra opción sería iniciar sesión utilizando Patreon (esto crearía una nueva cuenta en Last Sword vinculada a tu cuenta de Patreon) utilizando el botón de "LOG IN WITH PATREON" en la página de Mi Cuenta (https://lastsword.com/my-account).
Una vez vinculadas las cuentas, tu suscripción se actualizará automáticamente antes de 30 minutos y recibirás tus recompensas.
Actualmente tenemos un pequeño conflicto con la traducción en Español. Para aquellos usando la web en Español, la pestaña de Descargas puede no cargar. En ese caso, por favor, cambia a la versión en Inglés para resolverlo.
En caso de no funcionar el botón de Patreon, podría solucionarse con alguna de las siguientes acciones:
- Desactivando plugins de bloqueo de anuncios (AdBlock, uBlock Origin, etc.)
- Desactivando el Traductor
- Eliminando cookies y cache del navegador
- Probando con otro navegador
- Utilizando el modo incógnito

Hi :) The script that assigns the past months is executed once a month, on the day we distribute the files. Right now it allocates the "chest" tier files between January 2021 and January 2023. We are missing a few from 2020. We are going to try next month to allocate 2020 as well. But it depends on how much time we have to configure it.
It's now Jan24, when will the Jan's "Pilgrims of the Grail" be released?
Since 5 or 6 days ago. 4 days ago we did a reorganization of files in which they were already included.

Hello Brandon We are allocating the old rewards as we set them up once or twice a month. Right now they are set up since May or June 2022. And every month we try to add one or two more months. So until we get to the beginning. To receive the ones that correspond to you the only thing you have to do is to synchronize your account with these instructions, and when the script of the months in which you participated is passed, they will be automatically added to you. :)
The button "log in with patreon" is'nt there anymore. I've tested with Chrome, Edge and my phone. A few days ago it worked.
I had to request a new password in order to login, previously I used the Patreon login as well.
Ive registered with your website linked accounts and still cant find any reward for me to collect stl files. ive been a paetron for quite sometime as well. Any help here?
File allocation can take up to an hour. Communication with patreon is done in cycles. Please, if you don't receive the files, write me privately and tell me the email address on the web so we can check it.
Ok, but why if I join prior to the 20th, "you will only find the wellcome pack" ? Why is this the case? I saw no mention of this when I signed up. Not cool.
Welcome Ramiro: How the patreon works is explained here, and always visible . https://www.patreon.com/lastswordminiatures/about It is the first thing you see before you become a member. In this Patreon we work during the whole month on the next month's release. That means that we don't finish the sculpture until the last day. From the 1st to the 15th of the month, in parallel to the new sculpture, we do the testing, support and corrections of the pieces that are released during the month. Occasionally we have been delayed a few extra days for an error that needed some serious correction, but the usual is that the "chest tier" is released on the 15th-16th. We usually leave a few days to release the "Gem". This is because the process of the Gem is completely manual, and if any error appears it is very difficult to locate the users who ordered that item. In that period some of you have already printed the minis and made a double check that helps that the miniatures we provide have as few errors as possible. Anything out of this modus operandi, we will explain it to you through the updates. You practically have a daily one to see what we are working on. And this is the mechanism we follow here. :)
After signing in with patreon all my previous download links are gone from the last 2 months. Currently unable to download anything from october or november.

Yes, we will add them little by little. It is quite a lot of administration work, but in a while you will have them all.
I still can't download the October files. I get "unexpected end of data" in almost every file and numerous corruptions. I downloaded the files one by one but I still get corruptions......

Let's see if we can find a pattern for those of you whose files are corrupted, because there are very few of you. If the problem persists we will send you a link privately from another platform.
Im still running into issues with corrupted files. Its always the same ones as well. For instance the Calyx_Custodian_hero_2.stl always reads as corrupted when I've tried to download it over the last week.

It is explained here. https://www.patreon.com/posts/keepers-of-flame-74079477 If you are in a hurry for the files, I ask my colleagues on the website to assign them to you manually. If not, the day we do the test with the month of September, they will be updated for you. :)
I'm running into very consistent corrupted files, unzipping in Winrar and downloaded once at a time.
Is there a way you can check if it connected succesfully?

Can you maybe give a single .rar download option? grabbing each file was very slow and clunky. Some the links took up to a minute to just give the save file.

I keep getting the error "Unexpected end of data" when I test the rar-files after download.
Hello Mark I imagine you open it with a suitable program, like winrar. There are certain compressors that cannot decompress .rar. If so, it could be that it is corrupted in the download. The best thing to do is to download them one by one. I have downloaded almost all of them now and they work correctly.
Hi there - I've just joined. I created an account on your wesbite and linked with my patreon but your website is trying to charge me for the STLs in the "download" section. Is there where i find the STL i get through the patreon?
In the download section you have three columns. the link is in the download column :)
There are two days left can you just put the links up on Patreon please? I don't know why you had to change this.
Hello Robert Your account is linked correctly and has had the files assigned to it for several days. It should appear as the Kickstarter ones. What exactly is your problem? Could you take a screenshot for me? We have had to change it, firstly due to the demand of a large majority of people who asked for these backps. And secondly because we couldn't continue to spend several hours a day replacing files for people who have lost them. This process is easier and will save us a lot of unnecessary work in the long run.

Hola Pannu. Si aparecen los textos en español es que estas usando un traductor externo. Como dicen las intrucciones los traductores pueden inteferir en el proceso. Por favor desactivalo.

Hello Nacho. Your account is not linked. Please follow step by step the instructions in the post, and if any problem arises, take a screenshot and send it to me by private message please. The files are not accessed from the shop, it is from inside your account, but for that it has to exist and be linked.

Yeah I am not seeing any links to any files on the webstore at all. The button was there I hit it but there are no files.
Files may take up to an hour to appear. Patreon and our website are different platforms. You have to wait for a communication cycle between the two.

Hola Willy. Lo tienes explicado en el texto. Los archivos se os añaden dentro de "cuenta" a la sección de "descargas" y de "pedidos". En castellano puede apareceros un bug. Si es asi pasad al idioma ingles. No tenéis que entrar a los artículos de la tienda para nada

Hello War Mammoth. If you tell me specific files I can check it again. But considering the amount of downloads made, it is very possible that they are corruptions in the download process. About 500 patreons already have their files.

this is a big thing guys! congrats on completing this! srsly it saves a lot of time and nerves not to lose the files. you think at some point you will add the items from the past patreons? like the backward access so everybody will have the full library of every mini they had purchased via patreon?
From next month we will start doing the bakup of the previous months. But it is a lot of articles and many users at the same time, so it consumes a lot of resources every time we launch the bots that do the allocation. The robot month of the month works permanently, but the one of the past months will only be launched punctually. So we need as many people as possible to have their accounts set up at that time, so as not to consume resources unnecessarily. Once assigned they are saved permanently, but the assignment process will affect the performance of the website.

Hi guys, I am trying to recover my password from my account but apparently after two days I didn't receive any mail from the system.
I have the same issue.
I was able to successfully link my Patreon to my Last Sword account without any issue. The only problem is that it's been several hours and the rewards are still not showing up. Granted, I just went with the lowest tier this month, so I suspect it has something to do with that, and trying to capture the specific unit I chose. Either way, just wanted to raise some awareness. I know you folks are swamped right now, so no rush.
The gem is always given a few days later.In case there are any problems, you will have them corrected. Also this month we have a gift from another brand, and we are waiting to send it all together. The gem will still not go on the web for the moment. In fact I think it has lost its membership and almost all its users. It was created for those who just wanted to follow a single army. So I don't know if it will continue for many more months.
The Necromancer on Horse is missing the rising warrior, horse and bigger base shown at the pics...is it not included in the set? I would love to print and paint the whole set

If you go to your Orders tab and then click on the order number for the month's patreon perk, it shows downloads for only that order. Although it is a lot of files, could use a download all button.
Hello, this new system is srely a great improvement. But I think it should be better, I encounter some difficulties to find what are new download in the download list, maybe adding a "purchase date" at the list should help. I encountered some files errors too. With the Castellan on foot : Calyx_Custodian_Hero_2.stl And with the Baroness on foot : BaronessArasne-Presupported.chitubox

Some way of searching or filtering the files by month or army would be nice. As it is I can see it becoming very difficult to find things once several months are added.
I found that quite a few of the files do not have the correct file attached to the download link. Also, the last 6 in the list takes me to a link to purchase the models. Finally, many of these seems to be identical to models I got last month from this site. I apologize if I am seeing this incorrectly.

So this seemed to go pretty well. Only one issue I can find. The ElvenLordonLion downloads the Elven General on Horse File. So there is nowhere I have the Lord on Lion file to download? Help please cause this is one is one I really would like to print cause it is amazing.

Website is working great! I do second the view expressed in another post that it would be good if there were away for models to show when they are from/purchased as not just what they are called. So marking things as October 2022 Patreon in the title or such. Or having tabs in the download section for different months, welcome packs, rewards, purchases etc... Just so that its easier for us to work out what is what and where. It's not too bad now, but give it a few months and one big long download list is going to confuse people.
you can navigate from the download tab, but also from the order tab. The orders tab will generate the monthly order and there you will have it all compiled.
Any chance to add a single product for the whole month? Currently I have to click everything one after the other and with a very slow internet connection this takes ages and cannot be done over night....
At the moment we are looking at resource consumption and we prefer that you download what you are really interested in. We have doubled the resources of the website, but we don't really know if it is enough or not. For the moment we are going to measure and see how everything works before making any decisions. We also want our server to host the downloads. At the moment it depends on Dropbox and has a daily limit. There are many factors that we have to look at calmly
I followed the steps and I think it worked. How can you check/verify if it really worked??
You should be able to download the files in less than an hour.
Seems to be working so far, but it seems like a shambles to me since I have to tediously collect the new files. Somehow I can't really tell what belongs to which download / to the KS or to which month and / or which files I have already downloaded or not. Those microscopic images in the overview aren't much of a help either. What is actually so bad about the previous system of downloading via Google Drive? It's easy, quick and error-free... It's not always an advantage to want to reinvent the tried and tested wheel...
To give you an idea, right now I spend almost an hour a day just to replace files that you have lost for one reason or another. We don't want anyone to lose the files they have paid for, but we can't take on 30-40 hours in a month on an unproductive task. We are also falling behind in answering messages from new users because we can't cope with the messages as well as we should. This has cost us a lot of work, but it will free up a significant amount of time to spend where it is most needed. We keep working on the thumbnails, to see if we can get better visibility. But from here on you know that you have one order per month on the web, and whether you download it or not is up to you. And you won't need to ask us for a replacement of the lost files. You will always have them available.
It didn't work right away, but the new files appeared in my account within 15 minutes. So all good!

Logeo con mi cuenta en la tienda y al darle al botón de conectar tu patreon, simplemente no hace nada.EDITO a partir de aquí, si a alguien más le pasa, es por culpa del traductor, la ventana que sale despues de darle a conectar mi patreon le quite la traduccion y ya funciono. GRACIAS.
