Next steps for the Patreon
Well Guys
It's up to us to decide how the patreon will continue.
We have the options to continue as we have been doing or to make it much more thematic.
We want to try to reach more people, and we would like to know your opinion about it :)

Why don't you want to introduce new factions? I think goblins have perfectly complemented your collection of miniatures
I think you can do well with one army per month. Artisan Guild does well with that, and I think your sculpts are better than theirs.
Soo either I get 1 unit per month that I'm actually interested in, with a bonus models I might one day think about printing. The one month cycle is generally long enough to print and paint the new unit from the faction I want. So it works out well. I would also add, you are probably going to lose out money wise, people will just sub for the month that has their faction... You will probably find you will bleed members too, if people have to come back every 5 months, people are just going to forget, or just not be willing to wait that long and go looking for other sculpters.
Will dark elves replace lizards?
Dark Elves will have a Kickstarter in the coming months with about ten units. If all goes well in September.

Kamil sorry. the first days of the month we always have a flood, and besides I have had a problem with one of my kittens and I have not been able to answer as many as I would have liked. I hope to catch up this afternoon and tomorrow.

It would be rotating. We can't leave everything that has been started abandoned. Also, we want to develop the elves much more.
Lol, I was planning to vote to keep it as it is, but than I saw your post about the Panther Knight release 😄. So 2 units, 2 characters and a monster it is.
I prefer 1 faction per month (3units and 2 characters) and most 3d modeling companies I follow do something similar, maybe is more efficient, I don’t know. However, I would recommend 5 factions mixed, to keep the constant subscription every month (Will this mean a new army instead of lizardmen? Dwarfs or Fallen Linage?). I fear if someone doesn’t like the army of one month you could lose some subcriptions, unless you start with fidelity rewards. Either way I will keep my subscription, love the way you sculpt and the way you work. Hell, I was in your Patreon even before I got myself a 3dPrinter.
I did the same thing. Am a subscriber since a few months and don't have a 3d printer ready. I bought it a month ago but haven't had enough time to set it up. Anyway my point is that I love their sculpts and even if I don't want the sculpts from one month or the other, I will stay because these guys are great
I love that each month I get something I like atm and it’ll be sad to have to drop in/our monthly if they theme isn’t something I’m interested in. But I understand most patterns run that way

As someone who wants to build wargame armies I'm finding myself drawn to more targeted releases. Your stuff looks great, I imagine most people will stay on whether its elves, humans, etc month. But I find it hard to get excited about starting a project if I think I'm going to wait a long time to fill out the ranks of the army. Focusing on one or two factions at a time would be great for people building armies to have a full roster in a shorter time. The way OPR, Highland miniatures, and Lost Kingdom (to some extent) do focused releases and it gets my excitement more because of it. For the monster vs unit options - I think you go with what moves you and what gaps need to be filled. If we are missing a monster, lets get a monster. If next month you do three units, cool.

to be honest I like the mix as even though I only want two of the fractions I see the others as bonus where as if you start doing loads of a fraction I don't want I will start picking which months to back
Both systems have their advantages and disadvantages. Working in groups of the same breed is more effective in terms of time. For example in September, when the Panther knights are due, we could bring out the cavalry, a unit of knights on foot, the grand master, the count on horseback, and perhaps the count on griffin. Doing many things in the same month is more effective. And that's why we value your opinions very much
Honestly, whatever you do, I think you’ll attract more people if you look into MyMiniFactory integration. As much as I love your stuff, having to download everything and worry about backups is a bit of a PITA.

You deliver great scupts and I do not really care if we get a mixed selection or 1 faction. I very much like character models, but your units are awesome, too ... so do what you feel is best for your Patreon.
