Daemon prince, Chariots, Chosen, Mounted Warriors, marked warriors, characters mounted on a Daemonic mount or Manticore. ;-)
A mutating cat !
Hellcanon would be pretty cool.
A troll "artillery" unit, or wolf-riding cavalry, or some armored werewolves!

I will second the forsaken/mutants haven't seen anyone tackle this in the 3D print community yet
beastmasters with a pack of war-dogs (would be nice if there could be one, dragged behind some hounds on attack, as he was unable to keep them at bay any longer.. but thats just a scene that came to my mind - its more a diorama than army build piece - for us painters out here ;) ) raging berserkers with zero body armor (for tattoo painting), double weapons of small or medium size maybe some field medics
Forsaken / Fallen
A non mutated warmammoth with a howdah would be absolutely ace.
Female marauders/berserkers - to add some variation to existing units or as something special
Warriors who came too close to the forces of evil and were turned into twisted monsters. Mostly-normal barbarians with some mutations. Any large monsters (40+mm base) that are on theme.
I think a marodeur unit would fit good in the army concept. A unit of medium armoured raiders (maybe sea peaple similar to a "ironborn" or nordic raiders). Suited in scale armor and long sailor jacket made of leather. Armed with a mixture of crossbows, axes, spears and shields. Simply copiing vikings would be to easy ;)
A warmammoth would be amazing, but that really is a big piece. Wouldn't you like to measure yourselves with a warmachine? something like a Hellcannon?

I definitely second mutated marauders. There are virtually no available models for fallen for the 9th age.
Hmm, maybe a Giant or a Warmammoth. Lord on a Mammoth with shrine, maybe an enslaved beast with a catapult attached to its back like a Giant or a Ballister. Something big for their range.
