High King Griffin
As miniature lovers, one of the things we like the least about 3d is the cut and paste that is so frequent nowadays. We believe that the best thing to do is to lead by example, so we have designed different anatomies in our griffins.

It seems pretty obvious that Elven brrd Gryphons would be different than human raised gryphons.
I love the idea that different factions would have access to different breeding pools of the same creatures and thus have physical differences! Heck you talk about 3D printing - I recall when horses in some game systems would be the same identical one or two poses of horse no matter what faction/race had them - the only difference was the rider and perhaps a tiny bit of armour difference here and there
