What I like about these as well is that they look like they could work as a conversion with alternate heads provided from the rest of your elf range. Very nice

I am working on them on the 9th Age forum now. Probably same base stats as blood knights without mounts

We are going to make a group as a filler carrying the cup on an altar in the style of the Breton pilgrims. In case you want to make them rules already :)

I'm curious what unit these could be used for? In Kings of War these would be Soul Reaver Infantry... but other games? They look awesome.

If you mean warhammer, it could easily fit as a unit of tumulars. I'd bet the Gravelords won't be slow to have Vampires on foot.
