From Pigsties to Dragon Ogres: Finishing April with a Bang!
Final April Reveal: Axes, Fences, and Ancient Giants
If a few days ago we were introducing the leaders of the fray, today we close out our April previews with the final heavy hitters. With the new month starting tomorrow, here is everything you need to complete your The Adventurer and The Bannerman collections!
🛡️ The Adventurer: Building the Hearth (Historical Focus)
To wrap up our Anglo-Saxon release, we are focusing on the backbone of the local nobility and the lands they protect.
Thegns on Horse (Axes): We’ve seen the spear-wielding escorts, but today we bring you the Thegns with Axes. In this era, the axe was a brutal and iconic symbol of status. These miniatures represent the lesser nobility—warriors who ride to the battlefield but prefer to settle scores with both feet on the ground and a heavy blade in hand.
Modular Fences: To go along with the pigsty we showed you recently, we are adding these modular fences. They are essential for creating the tuns (farmsteads) that your forces are sworn to defend. They are fully modular, so you can fence off an area of any size or shape on your table.
🐗 The Bannerman: From the Ancient Depths (Lore & Workshop)
For our Beastmen, we are finishing with a mix of tactical flexibility and raw, ancient power.
Beastmen Chariots (1-Goreboard version): As promised, here is the alternative build for the chariot. This single Goreboard version is perfect for building full chariot regiments. They are leaner, more agile, and allow your Beast Lord’s double-tusked chariot to truly stand out as the leader of the stampede.
The Great Dragon Ogre: The centerpiece of the month. This creature is the ultimate example of the primordial magic we’ve discussed.
Lore Note: These are ancient beings, as old as the deep woods themselves. They don't follow the Beastmen out of loyalty, but are drawn to the scent of the magic and slaughter that follows the marauders. Seeing one on the battlefield means the forest's balance has truly shifted toward chaos.
Workshop Tip: This is a massive model. It’s the perfect canvas to practice different textures: try wet-blending the transition between the reptilian scales of the lower body and the thick, coarse fur of the upper torso.
🎁 One last thing...
We also want to give a shout-out to our community! We've already addressed the fix for the Birdmen Officer’s tail wing based on your feedback. We love making these models better with your help.
April starts tomorrow, and the full collection will be ready for you. We can’t wait to see these on your hobby desks!
Happy printing, and see you in April! :)

i know warhammer doesnt have this unit but would you guys consider doing a cavalry unit of gors on gorebeast ?? basically a monstrous cav for beastmen ...... maybe heavly armoured gors !! also while im asking any chance for some beastmen casulaties please ? :)
Hi! Those are great suggestions. We’ve definitely noted down the idea for Beastmen casualties. They would be a perfect addition for a future month focused on Humans or Elves to serve as the 'enemy' for bases or dioramas. Regarding the monstrous Gor cavalry, we don't see why not! Once we finish the core miniatures of the range, it’s a very likely candidate for an expansion. We already have the mounted character ready, and even if some systems don't have official rules for them, we love the idea of creating cool, unique units. Thanks for the feedback
