December · The Bannerman: Volleygun Rivenbeak

Here’s the Rivenbeak. DaVinci notebooks as our compass—wood, iron, clever mechanics.

We pushed it a bit larger and more striking, while keeping it believable in proportions and function.

It keeps the nine classic barrels, so it drops into games with no friction.

You can also field it as a beefed-up organ gun.

How does the scale and elevation feel? Would you tweak wheels or details? Tell us before we lock it in.

Woodgrain on some of the carriage, maybe?

Yes, certainly. This is a work in progress.

Great model. Scale and trajectory look great. Center of gravity looks off. Wheels need to move further back so gun can be limbered and pivoted with less effort. Carriage looks suffice to endure the strain.

The weight is slightly behind so that the triangle can be decorated. If we align it completely, the wheel will cover it. And we want it to have the coat of arms of Avernia and the High Kingdom as an accessory.

Perhaps slightly bigger wheels as I imagine it would be quite heavy. Also, perhaps something which suggests how it would be reloaded, as it looks like it would be quite awkward to reload the traditional way (even if it is inspired from Da Vinci's design)

It recharges from the back; we will put a charger in it.

Honestly that is brilliant 👌 and more believable than most versions I ve seen
