Patreon Release Calendar & Development Notes (2025 → 2026)
Honored sworn blades,
Today we present the annual calendar we are already working from. We leave it organized and with the planned updates under each block: consult it and tell us —freely— if you want any change or different priority. Any suggestions from our patrons? Your opinions guide the forge.
THE BANNERMAN — Fantasy Line
December (2025): — Dogs of War & Duchy of Avernia
January: High Elves — Tor Rufanne
February: Dwarves
March: Hunan Kingdoms — Dogs of War & Duchy of Avernia
April: Beastmen
May: High Elves — Tor Rufanne
June: Dwarves
July: Dark Elves — Fallen Lineage
August: High Elves — Final Kickstarter Miniatures
September: — Dogs of War & Duchy of Avernia
October: Undead — Undead Elves
November: Wood Elves — Tree-Keen
December (next year): High Elves
Updates & priorities (Bannerman)
High Elves — Tor Rufanne: we will focus primarily on developing the armies of Tor Rufanne with a lion theme, and we will publish the final miniatures pending from the Kickstarters.
High Kingdom (Dogs of War & Duchy of Avernia): the human block advances focused on Dogs of War and the Duchy of Avernia; and probably some artillery piece.
Dwarves: we will work to make the Dwarven list completely playable.
Undead: the line is almost finished; upcoming releases will be thematic units and the final pieces needed to complete the main list.
Dark Elves — Fallen Lineage: we will begin the female segment of the faction (Fallen Lineage).
Wood Elves — Tree-Keen: they will receive the few pieces that are missing —notably chariots and cavalry— to complete the range.
THE ADVENTURER — Historical Line
December (this year): Varangians
January: Gladiators
February: Late Romans — Limitanei Archers
March: City-States — Hoplites
April: Late Romans — Plumbata
May: Anglo-Saxons — Cavalry
June: Cloak & Dagger — The Man in the Iron Mask
July: City-States — Peltasts
August: Late Romans — Cataphract Cavalry
September: City-States — Elite Hoplites
October: Late Romans — Palatini (Palatine Infantry)
November: City-States — Archers & Hurlers
December (next year): Vikings — Rus
Updates & priorities (Adventurer)
Gladiators: we will complete the missing styles of the gladiator line to make Jugula 100% playable and add new types that can be used as proxies —for example, Gauls that function as pre-murmillo.
Late Romans: the Late Roman roster is very extensive. Instead of accelerating it intensively, we will combine its development with the City-States (Greek) project.
City-States: objective: deliver an almost 100% playable SAGA list this year; the only thing we will leave out is the cavalry, which will be addressed in 2027. If you agree, next year we will devote resources to specific poleis and their local variants.
Anglo-Saxons — Cavalry: although Anglo-Saxons historically did not fight massively on horseback, the SAGA list contemplates mounted options; therefore we will dedicate one month to cavalry to provide the necessary pieces.
Cloak & Dagger — The Man in the Iron Mask: one month dedicated to expanding the cloak-and-sword range, a line that has been one of this year’s favorites. We will base it on the film of the same name, which is surely among many of your favorites.
Vikings — Varangians / Rus: we open the historical year with the Varangians and close the annual cycle with a month dedicated to the Rus, to expand armour and equipment types while maintaining compatibility with the current Viking line.
We want this to be a conversation. Please share your thoughts: which priorities would you change, what units would you like moved up, or which subfaction should receive extra focus? Reply here with your suggestions and we’ll discuss them openly — your input shapes every release.

Abril: Hombres Bestia

Septiembre: Reinos Humanos — Perros de Guerra & Ducado de Avernia
Octubre: No Muertos — Elfos No Muertos

Diciembre Altos Elfos — Tor Rufanne
Actualizaciones y prioridades (Bannerman)
THE ADVENTURER — Línea Histórica
Diciembre (2025): Vikingos — Varegos
Enero: Gladiadores
Febrero: Romanos Tardíos — Arqueros Limitanei
Marzo: Ciudades-Estado — Hoplitas
Abril: Romanos Tardíos — Plumbata
Mayo: Anglosajones — Caballería
Junio: Capa & Espada — El Hombre de la Máscara de Hierro
Julio: Ciudades-Estado — Peltastas
Agosto: Romanos Tardíos — Caballería Cataphracta
Septiembre: Ciudades-Estado — Hoplitas de Élite
Octubre: Romanos Tardíos — Palatini (Infantería Palatina)
Noviembre: Ciudades-Estado — Arqueros & Honderos
Diciembre : Vikingos — Rus
Actualizaciones y prioridades (Adventurer)

I know I am very late, but for the different "Dogs of War & Duchy of Avernia" months I would really appreciate different heads preferbly more with berets - as there are two in the paymaster guard, and the one in the Neverra Archers can't be used. I know it's a small thing but it makes for more personalised units and the way you can paint them means you can individualise even more.
Thanks for the note — we’ll definitely keep it in mind. Honestly, if we’d thought of it earlier, the whole Marenstad line would already have those beret heads integrated. That said, our plan is for berets to become a distinctive element in future releases, so you’ll see more of that going forward. 🙂
Loving this lineup! The Dogs of War stuff and Tor Ruffane Elves are the things I've enjoyed most and the Dwarves are also awesome. Really glad we're getting the lines a bit more fleshed out. Will there likely be Tor Ruffane archers coming in the May release? Feel like they really need their own archers and bolt-throwers to finish the lineup.
Very excited for Romans, Greeks, and more elves!!
I would personally be thrilled if the undead elves came sooner. I am starting just such an army in a month or two and would love to have some of your minis available for that
Did I get this right that there will be another high elves Kickstarter? And if yes are this all new models or were these already released via the Patreon subscription?
No, it's the opposite, they are physical models from Kickstarter that we will release on Patreon.
Love your undead range, it will be bittersweet to see you guys finish the range. For the human kingdoms, I know they are a bit boring but the standard artillery pieces are sorely lacking so hopefully you include those sooner rather than later.
Great!! But as a Lizardmen enjoyer I miss them...
Not a major idea, but something largely missing from the STL space is just raised images of Dwarf gods/ancestors. Obviously making Valaya+Grimnir+Grungni etc isn’t a good idea, but more generic male and female Dwarfs in the style which can be scaled down to print and glue onto shields or banners or scaled up to glue to the sides of buildings would be neat.
