I just finished episode 7 and man, Scarlett is the unimaginably adorable, my favorite past and overall girl
That was a great update to the game, getting a big time "Back to the Future" vibe. I was a really nice ending to the current version as well. Really looking forward to the next update guy, Great work as always :-)
Ugh. You had to put a cigarette in Darci's mouth. Welp .. that's ruined her for me. On the plus side a guest cameo from Stabby Mike is awesome. But these two do not cancel out. Not by a long shot. :P
Ciggy's are also one of my turn-offs, and I can get hung up on object associations. I have trained myself to use an affirmative "Meh" with a shrug to diffuse the emotions that nail those associations in hard. Then I just mentally skip over the unwanted thing. Maybe not easy at first, but it definitely is worth practicing.
Accessing the menu through the phone is pretty cool, but it also creates a problem at times. If you go into the gallery to replay a scene and you accidentally choose the wrong one, there is no easy way to exit the replay. You have to go through it until you find a spot where the phone appears. Only then can you access the menu and cancel the replay.
I keep trying to load my saved file from episode 6 and it keeps giving me errors and won't load the saved game, do I need to start all over again????
Try trying different saves. Some of the saves got messed up by the new version of Ren'py.

I also get a chuckle out of every mangled brand name :) "Last Fantasy", "Mokia", ... There were just too many to remember them all. I just finished my first run. I will certainly replay it a couple of times. Too bad that the development takes so long, but it's not the only VN out there :)
Man, just top tier. Everything is great. Writing, humor, character development, renders and animations. Everyone feels unique, and everything feels so organic. I also have to say the animations are the best I have ever seen, in any VN, EVER. They aren't the typical 1 second loop that you so often get. These have so much variety, detail, smooth/extended animation and passion!! I can't even imagine the amount of time it takes to make those, but it's 100% worth it. Please keep up the great work. I look forward to seeing every episode!

I've played through Episode 7 three times in the meantime. What a fantastic episode. The animations are really awesome and the graphics are over the top. I'm so excited to see how things will continue in 1999, especially in 2019. And now a 2nd Darci...amazing. And what did I read in the credits? KatanaVN is one of your testers? Totally cool...I support him too *lol*
