Well, we get to see how Zava performs! And I'm so excited to know what other people think of him. I think he's pretty cool, I love his yoga and eccentric nature. He's not too bad at football either!
This episode had a lot of focus on Rebecca which I loved, and our Strong and Capable man, Colin.

Zava is a complicated chap to be sure, both individualistic and embracing the team as a whole. Good thing he's proving to be that good to the team. Colin being gay was supposed to be a secret even among the cast but a single reference in an early episode was enough for the actor to realise. It would have been quite a shock for Ted to find out his ex's new boyfriend was the marriage counsellor. Like with Trent revealing his source to Ted it's a massive breach of professional ethics, even if it was years since the client was a client.
