Doctor Who 10x04 Knock Knock Edited

I did like this episode, but I think it would have been better if the young people had stayed eaten. :D

Knock Knock isn't one of my favourites either, although I love the idea of using the Tardis (and the Doctor) to move furniture/belongings. David Suchet is very creepy in this, and I love Capaldi as Bill's grandfather.

Oh no it's fine I don't think many people would say this is their favourite of this series but as an episode on it's own it still does a decent job, very watchable and yeah, it's just a decent episode. If anything it just makes me wish Peter Capaldi was my grandad in real life because HE'S JUST SO COOL! lol God I love that man lol I don't know for sure but personally I think it was pretty deliberate that Amy and Bill both had very similar beginning adventures with the star whale and the big London fish, both episodes gave both of them chances to find out more about being with the Doctor and the choices he has to make, so to me I think that's on purpose, plus Steven Moffett has been the showrunner for six series at this point so we'll forgive him for a similar plot here or there :p

This episode isn't for everyone but David Suchet as the landlord is a fairly famous guest star for British audiences and he does give a wonderfully creepy performance as the main positive of the episode. Using the TARDIS to transport Bill's stuff is fun as well. It's interesting that you see a lot of similarities with past episodes, which I hadn't actually thought of myself, though it's also not a surprise that they're reusing older ideas by this point. Your speculation about what's in the vault has now given me a hilarious image of a Dalek trying to play the piano.
