Absolutely wonderful episode, this season has started off just with perfection. Highlights include the librarian, Trevor's face, and Chidi's sleep deprovision. Classic.

Michael's my favorite character -- like you noted, I love how much he's grown since the end of season 1. The depth of his character evolution is probably my favorite of the show (even though of course I do love all the characters). It's so well thought out, just brilliant. His care for the others is so lovely. And so much agreement about Trevor's scary face when he shifts from "lemon bars" Trevor to "demon" Trevor. *shivers Adam Scott plays it so well, it makes me want to shrink away from him... and later, punch him. ;)
Since you enjoy them, here's a fun fact about the made up business names. For Australia, apparently the writing team was delighted with the idea with naming things after Finding Nemo just because it's set there.
Trevor is totally evil... but a lemon bar does sound *really* good right now. :D

For your rewatch (I'm probably too late), I highly recommend that you find a streaming source that is using the extended cuts of the show. I know they are out there but I don't know which service offers them. I bought the complete DVD set when it became available, but I was disappointed because it didn't have closed captioning and had only minimal extras. I then bought the Blu-Ray set which has closed captioning and a ton of extras. It also has the extended cut of the show. The extended cut adds several minutes to the run time of each episode and is well worth it. For instance, in season 2 there is a extra scene where Michael does an extended riff on the muppet Elmo. It is priceless. As for the conclusion of the series, it is one of the most satisfying finales of a TV series I have ever seen.

You made me contemplate the things Trevor (Adam Scott) has been in where he’s actually a totally awesome lovable guy, which then made me remember also how many times he’s been a bad guy… which led to, you should watch The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, it’s a lovely movie, heart warming.
