There's never been a real warewolf cure, even in Buffy, remember, it didn't take after all in that situation with you know who. You just have to live with it every month.
I just thought W&H would have had something special there but I guess they wouldn't bother as there's no benefit to them to cure Nina 🥲
Would have been nice to have Angel talk about Oz's experience to comfort(?) Nina, but he might not know about Oz's partial zen therapy discipline. But why would Wolfram & Hart want to cure lycanthropy? You don't 'cure' dinner.
