Introduction of Terms of Use
Hey all! Before I write anything else, I think I want to open a dialogue. This is not set in stone, it will happen, but we can discuss the details before I do anything. But anyway, I will have to do something as a result of recent behaviour.
One of the things I never added, and worked for a while, were Terms of Use for the Patreon.
As a result of a handful of cases who bought the Game Changer subscription, downloading the content, then canceling and asking a refund, I've added in a suggested plan for a Terms of Use. Sadly. Let me make my issue clear, if you download the pack, cancel the subscription, that is totally fine, healthy even! No worries there at all, but doing it and asking a refund is what I have a problem with.
I hoped it would not be needed, but here we are. I DO want to make sure there is an open conversation to be had, so ahead of the 1st of May 2026 I plan to add the following terms pending any issues you guys have with it.
