HOTFIX 1.3.1

Hey all! Here is the hotfix. If you have installed 1.3 please download this zip file and overwrite all the files in your installation directory.

This fixes the lack of player lighting and adboard lighting and improves visibility.

It also includes a permanent RAIN OFF plugin. You can remove that if you want to by deleting the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 26\BepInEx\plugins\NoRain.dll

Thanks everyone, also working on some other fixes that roll out throughout the week. Please also accept the invitation to the group chat :)
