This is how our Patreon takes your gold monthly, amigos!!!
1. If you’re a new subscriber (Welcome to Wicked) you will be charged as soon you subscribe to us! For that payment, you will get the Welcome pack and the current Monthly term!!! You can check the Patreon description to see what the current line up!
2. After your subscription, you will be billed on the 1st of each month! For that payment, you will get the newest term, released in the next days of that month. The new term will be released around the 5th of each month. That day we will be sending a new message with the links to download and the info about the release. Also, we will make a post on Patreon so everyone in our community notices the newest models!

If for any reason you feel that you have been overcharged, or have any questions about our payments, please feel entirely free to write us! Some your subscription info is either outdated or incorrect. You say you charge for new months on the 1st, but you're charging me on the 15th. It's a little confusing as to which month I'm paying for. If it's going to be the 15th every month for that month that's OK. Also I'm in my 3rd month now so I would like to request SW3D's July term as my 3 month reward. Just one more item, I was a member awhile back and I was locked out of my patreon account and I had to cancel everything just so I could create a new account at which time I lost my whole library of figures. Is there anyway you can recover my library It was quite extensive including all three Wicked sites. My old account was with my old Yahoo account and an old phone #. Because if I loose my copies I would like to be able to recover them. I know that it's a lot to ask so thank you for your time.

If your card doesn't have sufficient funds at that time, or Patreon is unable to process the payment for any reason, the charge may be processed a few days later. But in general, payments are made on the 1st of each month. As for the 3-month term, of course! Just send us a message through Patreon Inbox, and we'll send it to you. You can also contact us there to request any collection you've missed. Remember, Patreon Inbox is always the best place to reach us, as we'll be able to give you personalized attention and help you with your specific case. To cancel your subscription you must go to the account settings and there it will show you the Patreons you have subscribed to and you can cancel it. If you have problems with this please contact the Patreon helpdesk. They are the ones in charge of helping you with this kind of things! <3
