Preview: SINGLE MOM APARTMENT + DOWNLOAD + CC CREATORS | The Sims 4 |

Hello my dears,

Here you have this month lot.
This is a small but very cozy apartment for a single mother with her baby.

The apartment has a small workspace, as this mother works independently as a florist.

The apartment is open space, with a kitchen, living room, a small dining area and a desk with a computer. There is also a bedroom (open space) with a double bed and a crib for the baby. The only separate room is the bathroom, with washing machine included.

I hope you like it!

It is located in the arts district and you have to download two parts (Tray Folders). Since I used a platform to raise the bedroom area, it was not possible to save the entire apartment in the same file (Tray Files), so you will have to install it twice as described in the images.

If you like my CC please consider becoming my patron or increasing your tier ♥. You will find all my EXCLUSIVE CC and LOTS since March 2020.

It is a great support and a great help for my family.
Thank you very very very much.

With love,
Dinha
