TOXICity 0.17.0 update 1
So, how about that last chapter? We packed that one full of drama and maybe a few important conversations that look to shift the group dynamic (and even some changes to the balance of John's relationships with the others). Also, I'm seeing comments about there being no cliff-hanger and I guess that's true, but I'm a little surprised by the lack of conversation about the thing that showed up in the final scene, which makes me wonder how many people play without audio (that's fine if you do - I spent most of the PlayStation generation blasting my own music).
In terms of the new chapter, 0.17.0 will be a much-needed breather after months of pressure and anxiety. Of course, that doesn't mean there won't be plenty to see. And if you've played your cards right, you'll get a nice reward. One specific scene in this chapter has four different outcomes based on what you've done up to this point. Also, Shelley fans will get two of my favorite lines from her in a long time, one that's pretty hidden if you're doing anything with Kallie.
Anyone who didn't use the provided hotfix for Kallie's storyline will find that 0.17.0 has the code tweaks built in. So, if you've kept a save before she entered the bedroom, you can replay the scene with the adjusted stat requirement.
For those who haven't voted, don't forget the poll about our next title, currently available for Patrons/Subscribers. As mentioned previously, we're likely to do both projects, but this informs us which should be a primary focus once we start bringing TOXICity to a close.

i was genuinely moved when Kallie wanted to just be friends i actually felt bad, i figured it was a risk but i usually go for the harem ending but at what cost? I hope theres a chance for reconciliation however sometimes thats just the consequences of our actions
I'm quite curious about how the characters plan to escape from the dangerous situation next.
I've been on Team Kallie for a while now - no hotfix required.

If Ep. 17, I will continue to play, then have four complete episodes ahead of me to immerse myself in this exciting story again. I just can't disappoint Kallie and don't want to have to justify myself by lying or concealing. (Actually like in real life 😊) Thank you for your great work, I wish you and your team a happy Easter!
i replayed it and got a perfect kalie score. i think that's the closest I came to considering monogamy in an erotic game. I really like kallie and even in life and death situation this would be considered being properly unfaithful. in N&T only the first addition is treated as a big deal with the subsequent ones being less so except for a surprise or two. In TiD we basically get magic to wave it away. This one I felt quite bad for being a bastard and hurting Kallie is painful. Although does she not know about Laura? Anyway Kudos, loving the story as always
Also regarding that guy teased at the end, I was definitely interested but it was such a classic teaser I almost feel like it's bait haha. so I'll just wait for him to be relevant, could be chapters still.
