QA Testing: 0%
While we can't say exactly when Episode 10 will be ready, this will be our last status update before release.
The writing is done, and we're currently working on the final animation. Once that's finished, we'll move on to the remaining stages of development: adding SFX to the CGs, creating the X-Ray clips, proofreading, and QA testing. There's still work to be done, especially with an update of this size, but we're getting there! 🙏
A couple of notes! You might have noticed that we've added two more pieces of extra art since the last progress update. We wanted to give a particular scene a little more visual impact and ended up adding some extra artwork. We hope you'll enjoy the addition once the time arrives!
As we mentioned in our last post, Episode 10 has become our biggest update so far. The script has surpassed 65,000 words, and we've also reached our highest animation count yet. Episode 9 previously held the record with 230~ animation variations, while Episode 10 has already passed 290.

Hi! We're almost done with all the assets needed for the episode, and we've also started testing. However, we can't confirm it'll be out this week. Depending on how testing goes, it could be relatively quick, or we might need some extra time to fix any errors we find.

Would you guys consider posting a status update specifically for Aiden POV? Like how much of the work is only available for his pov. It could be a spoiler tag when the official update drops, was always curious on the difference between the amount of words and animations only available on his path.

Regarding Episode 10, we actually planned it in a very specific way from the beginning, and unfortunately there wasn't really a natural way to split it into two parts. I don't want to spoil anything or say too much at this point, but the episode has a certain flow that really needs to be experienced as a whole. Seeing this final status update honestly makes me even more excited for Episode 10. The amount of work that has gone into the writing, animations, additional art, and all the extra details is absolutely insane. The wait has been painful, I won’t lie lmao, but I’d rather let you guys cook and deliver the episode exactly how you want it than rush something this ambitious. Good luck with the final stretch, Azienda team! I have a feeling the wait is going to be completely worth it. Now I just need to somehow survive until release without exploding from the hype 😂

Holy, 65k words this is 20k more than the last update and almost triple the size of the first couple of episodes. Plus the extra animation variations, yall’ I don’t blame you for taking longer because this is crazy. I’m glad to see you guys are working so hard even at the episodes endgame. Can’t wait to see the results!
