Club Pass is one of my most exclusive project systems, created for independent closed-access releases focused on slasher characters, extreme horror, and collectible pieces with a darker, bloodier, and more intense visual direction. These projects are not part of the regular rewards included in the Patreon tiers, including Darken Rite, Horror Show, or Black Label. Each release has limited spots and is available only to the sponsors who secured a spot for that specific project.

I officially present Killer Set VIII, a new Club Pass release focused on a dark, twisted, and collectible Christmas version of Art the Clown.

This project was created for collectors who enjoy extreme horror, strong visual storytelling, and premium 3D-printable models with a powerful display presence.

This set includes:

• Full model, approximately 14 inches tall

• STL files prepared for 3D printing

⚠️ TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This product is a digital downloadable file, 3D model. No physical item will be shipped.

Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds or returns are accepted once the file has been downloaded or made available. This includes purchases made by mistake, change of mind, software incompatibility, lack of technical knowledge to use the file, or inability to print the model correctly. All sales are final.

The buyer is responsible for knowing how to open, prepare, slice, and use 3D file formats such as STL, or any other formats specified in the product description. No personalized technical support, custom modifications, resizing, re-cutting, or post-purchase adjustments are included. Each product includes only what is explicitly described, and compatibility with specific workflows, printers, slicers, software, materials, or scales is not guaranteed.

By purchasing this product, the buyer is granted a usage license, not ownership of the model, design, sculpt, composition, parts, or digital files. Personal and commercial use is permitted only within the terms of this license, including renders, concept art, and 3D printing of the original licensed model. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, sublicensing, uploading, or using the file for NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, datasets, or any unauthorized digital distribution is strictly prohibited.

It is strictly prohibited to modify, remix, kitbash, extract parts, alter the design, separate components, re-sculpt, rework, or create derivative digital models based on this file. The buyer may only perform basic technical adjustments strictly necessary for personal 3D printing, such as adding supports, hollowing, drainage holes, orientation, and minor print-preparation adjustments.

Scaling is only allowed within a maximum tolerance range of 12% from the original provided scale. This tolerance has been established for technical preparation purposes and to help preserve the integrity of the cuts, keys, fittings, proportions, thicknesses, and assembly system of the model. Scaling beyond this range may cause fitting issues, weak parts, assembly problems, loss of detail, or printing failures, and is not covered by support, replacement, refund, or file correction requests.

These technical adjustments do not grant permission to share, sell, upload, publish, or redistribute the original file, the modified file, extracted parts, altered parts, remixed versions, or derivative models on any platform, including MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse, Cults, CGTrader, Telegram, Discord, social media groups, file-sharing websites, or any other public or private distribution service.

Commercial use, when permitted, applies only to the authorized use of the original licensed model as described in these terms. It does not include the right to create, sell, share, upload, or distribute altered digital versions, modified files, derivative models, remixes, kitbashed versions, extracted parts, or new digital products based on this model.

In case of a legitimate technical issue with the original file, such as a corrupted or incomplete file, the buyer may contact the creator for review. This review does not guarantee a refund, replacement, custom modification, resizing, or compatibility adjustment.
All rights to the original design, sculpt, composition, parts, cuts, keys, and digital files remain with the creator.
