✩ All previews were done in game with HQ mod. For CAS I use gentle cas lighting mod!

By the way 👀, next week I finally plan to publish my mod for game lighting, which I mentioned earlier and which I use on my screenshots! This mod is mainly aimed at improving the appearance of the character, reworking the lighting and shadows on it. It will be installed as a regular CC in the mods folder, so you don't have to bother with it.

Hi, I love these eyes but when I try to use the hetorchromia nothing happens. They show up on the panel where they should be it's like they're not getting equipped onto the sim
Hello! I love using the standard N27 eyes on literally all my sims, but for some reason this doesn't seem to work. I don't have any other eyes that would conflict with it either. I tried using with no other mods and the same issue occured. I think this needs to be updated please.

Absolutely love your mods i went on a spree and downloaded a bunch of your works including this heterochromic one i can't tell if i am doing something wrong but it is not showing on my sim i've attempted to delete/reinstall remove all other mods incase of conflict and nothing seems to work. If someone could just verify this mod is working with the newest update i would appreciate it! If it is then it definitely must be user error;;
Did you have the ''Enable Custom Content and Mods" box in the game options on? also check if your mods folder have the ''Resource'' item on it otherwise it will not read your cc, and it can also be that is conflicting with something else?
hii ive also been having issues with these as neither the left or right version will show up on my sim. i tried removing my cc but that hasn't changed anything. these eyes are so pretty i wish i could use them!

hi! unfortunately these will not work on my sim. i’m not sure if i’m doing something wrong?? i pretty much only use ur cc on my sims but are there any mods or cc that mess up these eyes??
Hi! Try deleting it and downloading it again. And also make sure that your game is updated! And it can also really conflict with something. But I can't give you an exact list of mods, because the ones I use in my game work fine.
I've been trying for days to understand why heterochromia isn't working anymore on my sims, is there an update? I'm really upset because I loved using it :/ I tried using from other creators but there is none better than this one
Hi! The eyes have been updated for a while now and work with the latest update. I suspect that you may have accidentally downloaded an old version of the file from another source. It might have a different name, which is why you can’t find it in your folder, yet it’s still interfering with the functionality of the new file.
I can't get these to show up on my sim. I don't know why. I removed every other piece of CC. The eyes themselves are fine, but when I click on either of the heterochromia options, nothing appears on the sim at all. I don't know if this is just me or what :(
That’s strange! I’m not even sure what to suggest since the CC works perfectly fine.
07/10/2024 the files were fixed. It took longer because the problem was not the same as the 3d eyelashes has.

Hello!! Thank you for all your hard work on cc, I very much appreciate you!! I'm writing to let you know I've noticed that when this item is equipped on my teen sim's left eye, it causes her arms to go all wonky when cooking and/or eating. I've done some troubleshooting and have confirmed that it is only the left eye, but the right eye is just fine! (Did all the things, made sure it wasn't any cc clothes or hair, etc., once the left heterochromia eye was equipped the sim's arm began to look exactly like this reddit post I've found - https://www.reddit.com/r/Sims4/comments/vy8m04/help_how_do_i_fix_this_arm_glitch/ - seems to be a common issue!) Apologies if this is a bother, I'd just downloaded a ton of your cc today and hadn't seen anyone else mention anything about this particular issue :) Again, thanks for all your hard work!!
