Update - 18/12/2023

Hello, everyone! Welcome to another weekly update. I hope you all had a great weekend! I spent mine working mostly on Ruthless Heavens, Boundless Fate, but I did a few other RPG related things as well. Mostly it's been writing and writing, though! I'm very happy with my progress so far, I've been focused on character creation now (which, as usual, will become the game's cornerstone). I've come up with a really neat keyword system that interfaces very well with every aspect of the game, and now I'm in the process of writing the ten initial Lineages that characters can belong to. After that I'll work on soul upgrades, and then classes. Yes! I'm going with two different systems that I never use because I'm generally not a fan of: Attributes-only (so no skills) and character classes. Actually, make that three, I've also added Ancestries. So as you can see I'm going with a somewhat classic feel, even though that's blown out of the water the second you see how all the other systems work. But at its core this is the DCC ruleset turned up to eleven.

I've already started working with a couple of artists to bring my vision of science fantasy in a wonderful way, you'll see! I'm pretty sure some of you will recognize at least one of the artists when I start showing of their work. 

I've also been working on a secret project. This is a kind of collaboration I've been working on for a few months now with another author. I say it's kind of a collaboration because it's the same I did with Warlock and Through Sunken Lands: I found a cool game on DTRPG that I thought deserved more attention, and contacted the author about it. Now the game's done, and I'm working on the layout, it will come to Kickstarter around February, so I can afford the art (since the original uses all stock art). It's an extremely unique and cool game with lots of ideas I haven't seen anywhere, so I'm excited to tell you more about it in the coming weeks!

Oh yeah! Before I forget, this week I should have Demonic #2 ready for you guys! At the end I'm including a new scenario penned by Imad Otallah, so you know you're gonna get some cool folk horror stuff. The art is absolutely stunning, so I'm really eager to share this with you ASAP.
