Paige may have been passionate about saving magic school, but she never really wanted to run the day to day operations. She's always been a free spirit and hates being tied down so it kind of makes sense she was over it...even if it kind of makes her seem flakey. She never did manage to reestablish a life outside of magic.
I love a Prue mention 🫶🏻 We can see that Piper wrote that she doubts how can they still be fighting for good without Prue. But, we remember that in the first two episodes of season 4, right after she died, Piper didn't want to be a Charmed One at all. Meaning that she must have written this in her diary after the first two episodes, but before like ep. 4/5 Yeah, Paige loved running Magic School, but it has become so much work and it's not like she doesn't have anything else to do. Between being a Charmed One and running the school, she has no time for herself 😊
