Pc still down

I can’t figure out the issue. Maybe power supply, maybe mother board? I’m gonna bring it in to a shop soon to figure it out. I’m frustrated I can’t figure it out myself, but I don’t really have the money to buy more parts to guess and check what’s wrong… sorry all.
