I will try to help :) Do you see those dark blue words with a paperclip next to them? You have to click that, and then it will download the CC. After you download it, u need to open your files and go to the documents thing. there, you will see a folder called "Electronic Arts." That is the folder you need to open. Once you open it, click "The Sims 4" in the folder. Open that one, too, and then open the mods folder. After that, go to where the download went (on Google), and drag it into the files until it appears on the files. Hope this helped! If not I'm so sorry <3
