This is a victory. His team knew there was zero chance any competant judge would sign off on an agreement that means Ben could find himself in immediate contempt of court and liable for arrest for something as innocent as getting a cheeseburger, should an unknown franchise owner from a completely different state coincidentally walk into the same restaurant. They only agreed to it to let BAM's legal team embarrass themselves, and leveraged the denial at state level to immediately remove it to federal court. It was the ultimate Trojan horse. Now they're dropping a document drafted by a greedy, power hungry corporation directly on the judges desk that perfectly demonstrates the flagrant disregard of Ben's most fundamental constitutional rights. And BAM sending an attorney unlicensed to practice in federal court, technically preventing the federal judge from signing it legally, just makes it that much easier to seek the damages Ben mentions at the start if this update. Fool me once... It just seems like Ben is stringing this thing along to cash in. I don't have a problem paying for content if you're just upfront about it. We've had sickness, fleeing, freedom of speech issues. The video has been "close to being done" for a month. In the same timeframe he has changed the tiers and started charging more for the content. I was one of the the first 15K to see the original video and helped spread the word. It just seems the goal posts keep moving. I would be ok with him making other content or talking about things that he could talk about instead of making updates with new excuses as to why he can't post part 3. If you’re interested in some other areas involving legal , I could give you a ton of information from different family law cases where judges and lawyers are doing horrible things, ruining families, people have died, and it’s all in secret because the judges don’t let the parents talk about it i’ve quoted the law several times to the judge and had them say that’s just not how we do it here So good luck with everything and hang in there. Glad you have good attorneys. They are very hard to find.

But since you are not aware of any employee and where they live, it could have easily happened that you broke the arrangement without any intention, and it would give B&M leverage to escalate things further legally.
