Ben, Part 2 made me realize that the real mechanism here may be more disturbing than a simple conspiracy. It looks like a relay race of unverified accusations. A private person makes a claim. The claim generates a police response. The response becomes an incident. More calls create more incidents. Then the growing number of incidents is treated as proof that the person being repeatedly reported must be dangerous. That is a closed feedback loop. The original allegation never has to gain evidence, because every official reaction gives it more authority. The heroin allegation produced a lengthy search and no drugs. But finding nothing did not appear to weaken the suspicion. Your attempt to follow the civil process and serve court papers generated additional police contacts. Those contacts were then cited as a pattern making the lawful service attempt look suspicious. Locking a phone became destruction of evidence. Recording police became provocation. Trying to reach court became harassment. The attempt to avoid answering a civil claim helped create the police record later used to portray the person pursuing that claim as a threat. That is not merely confirmation bias. It is institutional laundering. The allegation becomes a call. The call becomes an incident number. The incidents become a pattern. The pattern becomes justification for searches, seizures, arrests, warrants, redactions, and further allegations. At every handoff, the claim gains authority without necessarily gaining proof. I think the most valuable thing you could ultimately create is one master timeline tracing the genealogy of every accusation: Who originated it? What evidence existed when it was made? Which officer independently verified it? What contrary footage was already available? Which later officers, prosecutors, or judges relied on the allegation merely because someone earlier had written it down? Your raw footage matters because it preserves the moment before the institutional narrative finishes rewriting what happened. Part 1 was about missing property. Part 2 showed how a private dispute can acquire the machinery of the state. The allegation did not become more accurate. It became more official.

you can serve a defendant by publication in Utah, but only as a last resort. You must first prove to the judge that you used "reasonable diligence" to find and serve the person through normal methods (like personal service or certified mail) and failed.al methods (like personal service or certified mail) and failed.

There's info out there that the judge who signed search warrant for Ben in brick and mini fig situation is same judge who made it impossible to convict a mormon therapist in utah that had been accused of abusing countless children he was a therapist to:Fourth District Judge Roger Griffin permanently dismissed the child sex abuse charges against former Utah therapist David Hamblin with prejudice, meaning they can never be refiled. The judge made this ruling in March 2025 citing severe evidence concerns and discovery problems, including that police and prosecutors withheld key information.

I am not an American, so I am not sure about American laws, but I think there are laws against filing a false police report, and there is such a thing as an Internal Affairs Division that's supposed to deal with rogue police officers and departments, no? Have you tried filing a complaint with IAD against the police? Not saying it's going to do much, but maybe it's worth a try? God, America is such a mess. I don't get the whole “serving” thing with a lawsuit. Why is this so complicated? In Israel, you just send it via registered mail or a courier, and if you “play games”, and try to duck it, you will lose the case by default.

I would just like to say that after doing some digging and watching hours of videos that it really is a Mormon Mafia, even the Judge Rodger Griffin and Utah County Attorney Jeffrey S. Gray are also Mormon and they all seem to have gone to Brigham Young University same as Josh and the CEO and co owner. This stuff runs deep. 80-85% of Utah county is Mormon. I have a theory and maybe you guys have already thought of this. When you guys were getting trespassed from Brandon’s house the officer said that he inherited the store, which got me thinking.. The way the store was taken over was so weird. If a franchisee decides to sell their business it takes months to write and review contracts, etc and at the end of the day the franchisee owns everything in that store. When a business decides to terminate their franchise agreement with the franchisee, that just means the franchisee can no longer use the business’s name and branding. They still own everything in the store because they bought it. If the franchisee decides to sell they can do 1 of 2 things. 1. They can sell their location back to the business or 2. They can list their business for sale somewhere and do it that way. I know all of this because I am a franchise owner of a clinic. Back to Brandon saying he inherited the business. I think Crystal mentioned that they were probably going to sell soon to the CEO. If she did that then all of those legos that they had been promoting would go back to the Bryan and, since they changed their rules on consignments, they wouldn’t get those sets back. So in an effort to keep them Ammon told his friends Brandon and Josh “hey I’ll gift you this store if you remove the current owner.” They went, made up a bunch of bs and strong armed her out. I think this was done on purpose specifically for this Lego sets.

You didn’t have to answer any of those cops questions. You don’t have to convince them you’re not breaking the law. They will hit you with BS like your eyes are constricted and then use your explanation against you. Dont explain it, it’s not a crime. They aren’t your friends and you should let them know from the outset you aren’t going to answer any questions. If the driver is stopped they need only provided their license, registration and insurance. Passengers are required to say nothing, provided they don’t observe any crimes. If they tell you the reason for the stop is the stop sign, ask for the ticket. You have the reason for the stop on camera, don’t let it escalate beyond that. ANYTHING you say will be used against you. Even if you say “I didn’t do it” they can you have slured speach and they smell alcohol. Don’t give them that reason. You’re required to make no statements and they can’t use that again you in court. Make it clear from the outset you don’t answer questions so it doesn’t appear like you’re lying about a specific thing, you just don’t talk to cops period.
As a medical professional I'm aware of various ins & outs of mandated reporting. One of the most common things that is reported & investigated is financial abuse / extortion of older adults. Have you considered reporting Ammon, Josh, & Brian to Adult Protective Services? You may have to report them to their respective states branches of APS but it could help add to your cause.

I suggest comparing what is said now to a previous snapshot from the internet archive. A new statement is made: "What items could be reasonably identified as allegedly belonging to the consignor was offered back to the consignor, but that offer was refused." This is the first time BAM has admitted to possessing the collection and, without further evidence, imply an offer to give the legos back was refused by Mansell. That makes zero sense given all the evidence we have seen. We need to keep BAM liable for statements they're making and hold those statements when this goes to court.

I haven’t seen many comments from people who live in this Utah area, but I have to say as someone who lives right near American Fork, this video has inadvertently just exposed the problem with the police in this area. Speaking as someone who lives here I rarely see ANYONE get pulled over for actually breaking the law, people constantly run red lights, kids are frequently hit by cars in neighborhoods it’s insane. I’ve only ever been pulled over once when I was in highschool, cop pulled me over and claimed I had driven on the yellow line so he thought I was high on drugs and didn’t want to believe me when I said I had never done drugs

The reveal that everyone involved is Mormon made this make so much more sense, incredibly corrupt group of people that basically run the state of Utah. I've spent a lot of time in Salt Lake, if one Mormon doesn't like you, word gets around. You get shunned. I've seen it happen. Such a weird and scary group of people, totally makes sense they would be behind this

This series so far is insane, and I hope you can get justice for Brian. I’m also a Mormon and it sucks to see cops and others who share my beliefs yet choose to completely disregard them. I don’t know any other Mormons that have complete camaraderie for each other to the point they’re hiding their crimes, and I don’t think Bricks and Minifigs is making enough money for the church to try and support them (if they even cared about that). I obviously don’t think the Mormon mafia is dictating these cops actions, but I’m also giga brainwashed so consider what you will. I just wanna say I’d love to talk to you if you are at all interested in our beliefs and what it’s like as a resident in Utah, but I just don’t want you jumping down a Mormon rabbithole when the issue may just Josh being evil and lying about everything or the cops being corrupt mormon or not. I really hope you can find a good lawyer and sue those guys for all the chaos they’ve done to you, your friends, and Brian, but hopefully your time in Mexico is awesome.
