Boudreaux Shotgun Homes - Download

Hi everyone 🤍

The tray files for my latest Sims 4 build are now available!

🏡 About the Build:
Today I share with you a lot with two homes on it. This was built for the Nouveau Crest collab hosted by Joyful.builds. The idea of this collab is to turn Newcrest in a New Orleans inspired world base on the French Quarter. My build is for Ridgeline Drive, which is the area for the working class.

I built two shotgun homes on one lot but it is all for one family. Grandma and granddaughter live in the left house while mom & dad with their two sons live in the right side house.

🎨 Build Details:
🌍 World: Newcrest
📏 Lot: 30x20 | Hillside Highlands - Newcrest
🏠 Style: New Orleans - Working Class
🪴 Furnished: Yes

As always, my builds have no cc and are playtested!
