The tray files for my latest Sims 4 build are now available!

🏡 About the Build:
Today I share with you a Science Club HQ. This is a build I made for VelvettB's club shell challenge!

I have uploaded it as a generic lot, you can change the lot type to fit your needs, there's many lot types it would work as.

This build features a park outside for kids, a cafeteria (you can hire staff to tend the table), science equipment for adults and kids, some of the adult science equipment is only functional for scientists though.

This could work as a great place for scientists to have club gatherings!!

🏠 Style: Brutalist & Modern
🪴 Furnished: Yes
🌿 Outdoor Space: Park, observatory, weather machine

As always, my builds have no cc and are playtested!

• Download the file attached at the bottom of this post and unzip the file
• Place the tray files into your Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray folder
