Uncle duties
My nephew was round yesterday and I asked him what he wanted me to draw. He is eleven and provides a fascinating portal into mad worlds I cannot fathom.
First he asked me to draw a character from "Demon Slayer". I don't know anything about this manga or anime. Why does this character play a green harmonica? I don't want to know. Do not answer this question. You will push something out of my brain that I actually need to know.
Then we had a discussion about "alpha males" and Andrew Tate. Jesus Christ. My nephew is very anti Tate but a lot of lads in his class say the multi-level marketer and enslaver of women is a "legend". This is not the forum for a discussion of the crisis of masculinity and its infiltration of primary schools. I have answered all your questions in the image below. Print it out as a worksheet if you are concerned for your sons.
You will note that one of the alphas' little pants have flown off revealing his willy and he is farting uselessly because of his impact with the basketball court. I believe that an unwillingness to accept the absurdity of manhood is the greatest impediment to enjoying it. Perhaps this alpha can change.
WE GOT HIM
NB: every decision in the image above was mine. The art director was playing Pokemon on his Switch.

"An unwillingness to accept the absurdity of manhood is the greatest impediment to enjoying it." This... may become my first-ever tattoo.
We all know that there is first an alpha, then a beta and finally a proper release, where all the terrible bugs that alphas still had are hopefully weeded out. No alpha should ever be allowed into public.
Your nephew sounds cool. I do like the idea of enjoying manhood through its absurdity!
Well obviously the character from "Demon Slayer" is a big Bob Dylan fan and is lacking only a guitar and perhaps one of those back-pack drum kits. As for the alpha males, when I was at school one wit summed them up as "Don't understan'it, gotta pan it!"
For me the indelible image of people who consider themselves "alphas" comes from dinosaur comics: they've gotten their views of human social structure from "discredited research about dogs".
Even better: the whole "alpha" concept originally came from research on chickens. Not roosters, mind you, but chickens.
These are remarkable and, I dare say, definitive images of their respective subjects.
"My nephew was round yesterday" What shape is he usually? Intrigued.
Comments like this exhaust me, Mo. They have rendered me waxy, ashen and grey.
If it were a harmonica it would really improve the show imo
TMI!!!!
What a great post for a Sunday morning John. I needed this. Your view of AT/ Alpha’s. I can’t stop laughing. Thank you.
And the art director playing Pokémon *chefs kiss*
