I like this story because it explain why Shelley stop to see her old roommate and years later they were so distant from each other and the former friend so mad at Shelley and everyone else.
That is true, this little fill-in may explain what happened to Holly and the others from the Cormorant. Wonder if that was John's initial intent. I say keep the Fill-ins going!
