I love Shelly's expression in the last panel. All was nice and orderly in the Tetris of her mind, until Polly threw in a wiggly fact that won't fit.

I suppose there's a reason that Shelley does not have Holly in her life years later.

Wow, today's strip packs a punch. I still have moments like these — when someone points out how someone else I like and care about has behaved badly in some way. And often how, as someone in a position of relative privilege, I'm going to have to somehow address it.

This is actually true. Temps or contract employees learn who is who real fast in order to survive, something long term employees can overlook. I hope we get to see the dessert trolley and "afters".
