Golden 2017
At various points I've redrawn really old comics, often to see if I could get more out of that format in the present day. For a period around 2001 I worked in a strict 4-panel A4 grid which gave you quite a lot of space to draw a low-density strip. Space I clearly thought I could use better in 2017. I was on good drawing form at this time, until I entered a period where I took on too much writing work and everything suffered a bit (a lot). I don't know if I've ever put these up before. I probably have, but they should be new to a lot of people. The originals are from October 2001 and are not currently online.biz.uk

Fallon♡.
Team Flakes. Introduced in 1963, discontinued in 1990. So Tim's shirt was ragged in 2001, and even raggedier in 2017.
I had an idea I'd seen this before, possibly on Tumblr alongside the original, but it's eluding me right now so good to see it return. Fallon did have a knack for keeping life especially "interesting". What's she up to now?
She was last seen in New Bobbins, but who knows, she might be enjoying some crazy adventure of her own somewhere else. http://www.scarygoround.com/bobbins/index.php?date=20170124
Ah, Fallon! Worth the re-draw!
