Book bonkers
Here's a rare standalone illustration I did for a bookshop featuring two familiar friends. I'll let you know when and if it appears in situ.

Get well soon!
I love it! (The drawing, not the sprain.)
Oh, no! No more falling! That's for us Olds!
Oh no! Take care of your skellington and associated parts! We're gonna need you hale and hearty for the dark times ahead. Also, love the solver gals in action, but then i always do.
-Why THEY must be looking for clues!- You need proper shoes or boots to walk on ice! I've seen these things with metal studs on them that attach to the bottom of each shoe with elastic strap. Like having ice racing tires on a car. You can walk and not lose your balance because you never slip. (You can also tap-dance if you have a mind to!)
I have recently bought some. I believed myself invulnerable. No more.
I need a print of this to go with my "I wrecked these eyes reading" print 😆
Oww. I hate icy pavements. Best wishes for the recovery. (Nice drawing, by the way.)
Oh, ouch. A litle while ago you said tgat you hadn't been on a proper holiday in years, so if you can try to treat the enforced rest as an improper holiday, that might help? Indulge yourself a little bit. You do deserve it. As everyone else has already said, we'll wait until you're well again because we want you to be okay.
Bloody weather. Hope you feel better soon, no rush.
Get well soon.
Take care of yourself, everything else is secondary.
Have you considered falling on feathers instead of ice?
What's heavier, an 11 stone man falling on feathers or an 11 stone man falling on ice?
Hope you get better soon John. And hoping this illustration is for a Tote bag from said Bookshop.
Take care of that wrist, we can wait.
Lovely stuff. Should go without saying, but hopefully you're able to take as much time as you need to recover. (If only the grace from Patreon subscribers applied to society in general.)
Hurray for bookshops! That's a rather snazzy scene John, I hope they like it, I'm sure they will. Get well soon sir.
