Sketch Request - SyringeMan Concept

Sketch for Kite Line of a 2nd megaman style villain, this time a doctor with a syringe-style weapon. I feel pretty confident about this design. I wasn't sure if the doctor's coat would look fine on a classic-style megaman character since they didn't start doing that until X (which of course is a whole different time period than classic and Reploids are a much different thing, etc etc), but I think it looks good in the end here, plus as you see I imagine he could dramatically throw it off when he wants to do battle. I was asked to design this one taller and slender like Flashman, but I hope I haven't overdesigned him!
