For some reason several of your shoes are making my sims ridiculously tall. Do you know if I might be missing something to make them appear normal?

I'm not very clear about your specific situation. If possible, please send me a screenshot. I want to know if your sims are standing on the horizon? If the bottoms of the feet are standing on the horizon, that's normal.
