SMAUGUST DAY 14: MUMMIFIED DRAGON!
The second week of Smaugust is over, so we oughta celebrate it appropriately!
Zaman's Bestiary contains a myriad of cool monsters, including Mummified Dragons! If you played Tomb of the Timeless Tyrant, you might've gotten to meet the Wyrmling and Young version of these mighty foes, but what about the Adult and Ancient ones? Well, here's one for you as a tease!
Did you manage to guess this week's theme? It was DRAGONS WITHOUT THE DRAGON TYPE! From the Beast Zaptor, the Elemental Draconimbus, to the Undead Mummified Dragons, none of them share the Dragon type! (except Brainielle, technically, but she turns into an Aberration halfway through the fight, c'mon)
Keep your eyes peeled for week 3, starting tomorrow!

... Gotta say, this thing was not properly mummified if it looks like this. Poor bas*** looks like he was mummified by an absolute amateur! Loose bandages, dry skin so clearly no oils or preservatives were properly used, and they didn't even seal the wound from the organ removal properly! No wonder he came back angry!
Sounds like Brainielle has half of the Dragon creature-type: she starts off as a Dragon but then half of it’s ‘gon, leaving her as a ‘Dra’. 🤭
She's in drag
This will actually fit very well into my current desert campaign.
I Love it best I've seen 💖💖💖💖
Screw it, my players are now going to fight an Ancient Mummified Dragon in Tomb of the Timeless Tyrant
