April 30th Change Log:
Added a brand new Sandstorm weather with custom weather effects in the desert. Players can swap to the new Sandstorm weather in Single Player by using the NVE weather menu. Sandstorm effects will be dynamically implemented and improved in future updates
Added a new add-on for the FiveM package labeled 'Sandstorm Weather Effects' which gives players the option to add a sandstorm to the Grand Senora Desert or to the entire map. Includes the new Sandstorm weather
Added light shafts along with brand new lighting to various open interiors around the Port of Los Santos, Sandy Shores Airfield, Grand Senora Desert, Grapeseed, Fort Zancudo and Paleto Bay with smooth transitions. More locations will be improved in future updates
Updated the NVE.asi plugin to allow players to adjust the emissive intensity of vehicle lights and sirens in real-time. Works with all vehicles
Updated leaf textures and reworked the trunk on some of the vanilla palm trees
Optimized the hybrid oak tree in order to reduce the number of polygons and vertices
Made various small improvements to all Sunny weathers, as well as Overcast weather
Retextured various billboards and signs around Blaine County for the "Extra Content Pack" for Platinum Supporters
Updated the NVE.asi menu interface for easier navigation
Fixed an issue with ground decals around Grapeseed Cow Farm
Fixed an issue with various Vespucci Beach ground decals and edges
Fixed various issues around the map within the altV and RAGEMP packages
Fixed an issue with the NVE.asi plugin occasionally not loading when launching Story Mode
Reworked lighting inside open parking lot interiors with various improvements
Slightly decreased headlights emissive intensity during night time
Updated the README guide within the Single Player and FiveM packages with new tips
Added a ReShade preset for RTGI shaders to NVE.ini
Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

Make sure you put DirectX to 11 in graphics settings
Hey Razed, I was wondering, I really dislike the eye adaption/overexposure when looking at the sun. Is there a chance of a toggle or overwrite to remove it?
Hmm I don't recall any overexposure when staring at the sun. Can you show me a video? Are you sure you're not using a reshade shader called 'Eye Adaptation'?
My game doesn't look like the photos. I have all max graphics and have all optional add ons and followed all the steps correctly. Is it possible for us to get in a call so I can screenshare and show you what I mean?

which version (can be older) has the volumetric clouds for fivem, because I want the volumetric clouds for fivem but I cannot find it ?
In the FiveM will also get these effects? I like the light effect, it looks like the next-gen game. please feedback me.

make sure you also install the game config for vehicles located in the optional's folder
if your v shader vehicle sliders arent working, make sure you have scripthookv installed

Why no more enb ?
Hey Guys, just wondering does anyone else's emergency lights cause the screen to flicker? seems worse at certain times of the day.

ENB has been removed and now its reshade
Im using lspdfr and did a clean install on a new mods folder and the whole port area is invisible, on the clean mods folder it shows after nve with lspdfr, the lspdfr compatibility patch and brighter emergency lights
Download the mod again. This was fixed a few days back.

In the single player pack there are random spots where you fall under the map

My game is crashing when i install this mod, i have a clean gta v no mods but it crash when i install nve, i need help.
Did you install the gameconfig addon? And if you're using LSPDFR you need to install the optional add-on for it labeled 'LSPDFR Compatibility Patch'.
Hello, not sure if some one mentioned it but would it be considered to add rain drops on cars, just a thought.

yes, there is an LSPDFR compatibility addon in the folder to install in OpenIV
There Is No NVE Tab In Reshade
You need to have NVE.asi installed. Check the readme guide.

Hello. I currently have the December update of NVE. However, when I upgrade to this current version my game crashes on startup. Even without RPH. Do you know why this might be happening? I really want to play this new update.
You need the newest version of GTAV to play with the latest update. Verify your game files and then do a clean install. It will work.

How do you access the weather menus
Weather menu can be accessed only in Single Player by pressing INSERT on your keyboard and going to the NVE tab.
